In this role you will be supporting business partners who are using the UKG Pro WFM platform for Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Attestation and Advanced Scheduling. You will be on the front line of developing key changes to our UKG Pro WFM platform to offer solutions for our business partners in a variety of modules.\nWhat you will do - Essential Responsibilities\nRoot cause analysis and resolution\nDiagnose, resolve and document application errors\nGather requirements, develop and test key UKG Pro WFM modules\nFollow change management processes for all changes to production systems\nWork to integrate key business and HR processes in UKG Pro WFM and with existing HR platforms (Workday, Payroll, etc.)\nPurpose of the role\nIt takes a passion for technology and issue resolution to be successful in this role. The purpose of this role is to develop working solutions for our business partners in the UKG and Kronos platforms so that Associates and CarMax can effectively implement key HR tasks.\nQualifications and Requirements\nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years in Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM platforms\nUnderstanding and experience implementing changes in modules for Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation and Forecasting modules.\nExperience using, developing and implementing Dell Boomi Integrations\nUnderstanding and development/configuration in the Advanced Scheduling Space\nExperience with Data Hub - Google BigQuery\nDemonstrate a working knowledge of UKG Pro WFM APIs and webhooks, including integration capabilities and event-driven workflows.\nWork Location and Arrangement: This role will be based out of the Richmond West Creek Corp Office or Plano Tech hub and have a Hybrid work arrangement.\nAssociates based in Richmond work on-site 4 days per week.\nAssociates based in Plano work onsite 2 days per week\nWork Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
