This position combines advanced operational expertise with strategic thinking to improve processes and deliver exceptional B2B experiences while supporting daily business operations.\nRole Responsibilities\nDistribute and balance workloads across a team of 10-20 associates to meet daily goals\nServe as the team’s technical SME, providing guidance and resolving escalations promptly\nReview work for accuracy and consistency, delivering feedback to improve efficiency\nAnalyze performance data to identify trends, suggest process improvements, and drive productivity\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships\nSupport training initiatives, including developing materials and coaching new hires\nAssist with projects and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum of 6 months of CarMax Auction Services experience (1-2 years preferred)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong communication, organization, and customer service skills\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results\nDemonstrated teamwork behaviors aligned with CarMax values\nExperience in fast-paced environments with a focus on accuracy and professionalism\nWork Location and Arrangement: This role will be based out of the CarMax Home Office (Richmond, VA) and associates will work onsite 4 days per week.\nAbout CarMax\nAt CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process.
