The AR Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoice receipt by customer, timely collections, cash application, account reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.\nResponsibilities & Duties:\nSupervise and mentor Accounts Receivable staff, including workload management, training, and performance development.\nOversee daily AR operations, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations.\nMonitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and minimize delinquent balances.\nReview aging reports and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.\nResolve escalated billing discrepancies, customer disputes, and payment issues.\nCollaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to address customer account concerns.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.\nPrepare periodic AR reporting, KPIs, and analysis for leadership review.\nAssist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.\nSupport external and internal audit requests related to AR activities.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the AR function.\nMaintain accurate customer credit and account records.\nAdditional tasks and responsibilities required in the role.\nJob Qualifications:\nRequired\n5+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience.\n2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.\nStrong understanding of AR processes, collections management, and cash application.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and ERP systems.\nExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities.\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.\nExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems.\nKnowledge of credit management and customer risk assessment.\nAccounting certification or professional designation is a plus.\nSkills:\nLeadership and team development\nTime management and prioritization\nEffective communication\nFinancial analysis and reporting\nCustomer relationship management\nProcess improvement\nConflict resolution\nBenefits & Compensation:\nAnnual Base Salary Range of $88,000 -
