business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.\nProvide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.\nLead HR initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.\nServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee and organizational matters.\nEmployee Relations\nLead and support employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.\nProvide guidance regarding employment law compliance and workplace practices.\nPromote positive employee relations and an inclusive workplace culture.\nTalent Management and Development\nSupport performance management processes, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning activities.\nSupport leadership development and employee development initiatives throughout the organization.\nPartner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.\nSupport employee engagement and recognition programs.\nHR Compliance and Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.\nOversee HR compliance programs including EEO, affirmative action, record retention, audits, accommodations, and policy administration.\nMonitor changes in employment legislation and recommend appropriate organizational actions.\nSupport internal and external audits related to human resources practices.\nCompensation and Benefits\nPartner with Compensation and Benefits teams to administer and communicate compensation programs.\nAssist with salary planning, market benchmarking, incentive programs, and pay equity initiatives.\nSupport benefit plan administration and employee communication efforts.\nOrganizational Effectiveness and Change Management\nLead organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.\nDevelop and implement communication strategies for HR programs and organizational changes.\nFacilitate workforce transitions, restructuring initiatives, and integration activities as needed.\nPromote continuous improvement within HR processes and service delivery.\nHR Systems and Analytics\nUtilize HR information systems and workforce analytics to drive organizational decisions.\nDevelop reports and metrics to monitor workforce trends and HR program effectiveness.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process enhancements.\nLeadership and Team Development\nBuild, mentor, and develop HR team members.\nEstablish performance expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities.\nFoster a collaborative, customer-focused HR function.\nManage departmental budgets and resources effectively.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nExperience\n8-10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.\nMinimum 5 years of HR leadership or management experience.\nDemonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR compliance.\nExperience partnering with senior leadership teams.\nLabor relations and union experience preferred, where applicable.\nCertifications\nPreferred:\nSHRM-SCP\nSPHR\nCHRL/CHRP (Canada, if applicable)\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.\nExcellent leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.\nStrong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.\nDemonstrated change management experience.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nProven ability to build relationships
