\nMaintenance of the Quality System policies and procedures; \nCreation or review of all work instructions in department for operational content; \nParticipate in appropriate safety training for all assigned employees\nInterface with MSHA and other governing health and safety agencies at local and federal level as required\nCoordinate and monitor the activities of all electrical employees assigned\nEnsure preventative action is taken to avoid the occurrence of nonconformities relating to product or process or to the quality system\nJob Qualifications:\nAssociates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Master Electrician or related field, or a high school education with a specialized trades training in mechanical, electrical, maintenance shop, plumbing and/or welding crafts, Bachelor’s Degree preferred\n5+ years industrial, mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment\n2+ years of supervisory experience; industry background in heavy manufacturing related; mining, paper mills, steel plants, refining, utilities, refractory, heavy equipment fabrication, stone processing, cement plants industries preferred\nPositive & proactive attitude with ability to address issues and implement solutions; working knowledge of material handling feeders, convey or belt systems, and general knowledge pumping systems; experience in PLC or Wonderware troubleshooting is required\nStrong computer skills; experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
