Comply with environmental and other government regulations.\n\nAbility to build strong working relationships across departments.\n\nInitiative shown in taking ownership of tasks.\n\nAbility to lead small teams or coordinate activities during rotations.\n\nParticipation in leadership development activities.\n\nPositive feedback from supervisors and peers.\n\nActive networking and collaboration within the organization.\n\nTimely completion of assigned projects.\n\nQuality and impact of project deliverables.\n\nInnovation and problem-solving demonstrated in project work.\n\nActive participation in safety meetings and hazard reporting.\n\nContribution to safety improvement initiatives.\n\nBasic requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to adapt to different work environments and learn quickly.\n\nProficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\n\nWillingness to travel and work in plant/field settings as required.\n\nPositive & proactive attitude with ability to address issues and implement solutions as required; easily understands and follows direction\n\nNeeded Knowledge and Skills:\nDemonstrates the ability to work autonomously with an emphasis on being results oriented\n\nPossess organizational skills and able to multi-task\n\nPossess problem solving and decision-making ability\n\nPossess good computer skills; Microsoft office suite and SAP\n\nDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment and adapts to fast-paced changing environments\n\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; walk (including on uneven surfaces); climb stairs (multiple levels/floors) and ladders; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arm; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell; and is occasionally required to stand.
