previous experience as department manager or superintendent for larger facilities\nIndustry background in manufacturing related to mining, paper mills, steel plants, refractory, heavy equipment fabrication, stone processing, cement plants, etc. preferred.\nExtensive knowledge and background in operations supply chain business processes, continuous manufacturing and production processes, and working contemporary concepts of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing.\nPositive & proactive attitude with ability to address issues, implement solutions and motivate others.\nDemonstrable success in cultural 'turn around' a plus.\nProven in leading operational excellence through applying behavior-based management.\nPrior experience demonstrating effective management skills.\nDemonstrable teamwork and maturity with a strong work ethic\nFluency in spoken and written English\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions provided such accommodations to not create undue hardship to the company.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit;
