We've been named #10 in the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 2026, ranking the UK fastest-growing startups - and we're not stopping there.\nTo take things to the next level, we’re looking for a sharp, systems-savvy and financially fluent Product Manager - someone who uses AI as part of how they work - to lead the evolution of our Loans Squad - a key area driving post-loan activation excellence.\nYour mission\nYou’ll take the reins on owning and enhancing our Loan Management System and Collections Hub - from building out smarter, scalable automation for financial and operational processes, to streamlining compliance updates and reconciliation workflows. You’ll have a huge amount of autonomy and responsibility from day one, and the opportunity to shape how we deliver excellence after the loan goes live.\nYou’ll also be hands-on with AI. You’ll use it to explore our codebase and get to answers fast, raise small pull requests for our engineers to review, and bring new AI tooling into the teams you work with, so less of their day goes on manual work.\nThis is a high-impact role for someone who combines a solid grounding in finance with strong product instincts and systems thinking and a genuine appetite for AI. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, finance, ops, legal and compliance teams to solve problems that directly affect our operations and customer experience.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn and evolve our Loan Management System and Collections Hub. Design and deliver core product features that support the full lifecycle of an active loan.\nBuild financial and operational automations. Work closely with Finance and Ops to automate manual processes and reduce friction, driving efficiency across teams.\nBring AI into how we build and operate. Use AI tools to dig into our codebase, ship small fixes as PRs for engineers to review, and roll out AI tooling that takes repetitive work off our Ops and Finance teams.\nCollaborate on compliance and legal updates. Lead initiatives to ensure timely and accurate updates to statutory customer notices and regulatory communications.\nDevelop and maintain reconciliation flows. Support the Finance team with tools and integrations that enable seamless, accurate reconciliation.\nBe the glue between tech and operations. Work hand-in-hand with engineers to scope, prioritise and deliver scalable systems.\nUse systems thinking to improve processes. Take a holistic view to optimise end-to-end flows and unlock long-term operational gains.\nRequirements\nAbout you\nProduct + finance experience. You’ve worked in a finance role (e.g. finance analyst, systems accountant, or similar) within a fintech or financial services company and transitioned into product management.\nSystem design skills. You have a strong grasp of reporting and operational functionalities of a finance data platform and enjoy solving complex operational and technical challenges.\nTechnical fluency. You’ve worked closely with engineers and are comfortable discussing architecture, workflows, and APIs. Reading code doesn’t scare you.\nAI-native ways of working. You already use AI day to day - tools like Claude Code or Cursor to understand a codebase or make small changes, and AI to automate the boring stuff. You’re curious about what’s next and keen to bring others along.\nAnalytical mindset. You’re data-driven and use insights to inform product decisions and iterate.\nCollaborative style. You work well with cross-functional teams and can align diverse stakeholders.\nAutonomy and ownership.
