Product/catalog management\n\n2. Account-specific catalogs and pricing\n\n3. Search and product discovery\n\n4. Cart and checkout\n\n5. Promotions and pricing\n\n6. Account and buyer management\n\n7. Order placement and order history\n\n- Define Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs and integration patterns.\n\n- Architect integrations with ERP/SAP, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, inventory, middleware and other enterprise platforms.\n\n- Work with technical teams on Apex, LWC, APIs and Salesforce extensibility.\n\n- Review solution designs and provide technical leadership to development teams.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex integration and production issues.\n\n- Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate commerce requirements into scalable solutions.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce.\n\n- Proven experience architecting and implementing end-to-end B2B Commerce solutions.\n\n- Strong Salesforce platform architecture knowledge.\n\n- Experience with : \n\n1. B2B Commerce data model\n\n2. Catalogs and products\n\n3. Pricing\n\n4. Buyer/accounts management\n\n5. Cart and checkout\n\n6. Orders\n\n7. Apex / LWC\n\n8. Salesforce APIs and integrations\n\n- Strong experience integrating Salesforce Commerce with enterprise systems such as ERP/SAP, OMS, PIM, inventory and payment platforms.\n\n- Ability to independently own solution architecture and provide technical direction.\n\nOMS Exposure : \n\nThe candidate should have good exposure to OMS/order-management concepts, including : \n\n1. Order lifecycle and orchestration\n\n2. Inventory availability\n\n3. Order fulfillment\n\n4. Split/partial fulfillment\n\n5. Cancellations\n\n6. Returns and refunds\n\n7. Integration between B2B Commerce and OMS\n\n- Exposure to Salesforce Order Management is highly desirable.\n\n- Note : Deep hands-on Salesforce OMS architecture is not mandatory for this role.
