initiatives\nInvestigate and resolve quality issues\nDevelop and improve manufacturing processes for electromechanical assemblies\nInterpret engineering drawings and schematics\nSupport lean manufacturing initiatives\nWhat You’ll Have\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent)\n5-10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience\nExperience with electronics manufacturing and assembly\nExperience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI)\nExperience in a lean manufacturing environment\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings and schematics\nHow You’ll Stand Out\nYou have experience with embedded Linux systems, microcontrollers, or industrial sensor integration\nExperience with PCB assemblies, cable/harness builds\nBackground with electromechanical products\nExposure
