Working in close partnership with the data engineer team, this team takes curated, AI-ready data and transforms it into production-grade intelligent systems.\nThe ideal candidate brings hands-on experience inconceptualizing, developing and deploying AI products, large language model orchestration, agentic workflow design, and the full lifecycle of deploying and maintaining AI solutions in cloud environments. This is a highly technical individual contributor role positioned at the intersection of applied artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise automation.\nThe successful candidate will have the rare opportunity to help define the future of AI within the organization while contributing to the formation and growth of a world-class AI engineering team.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a relatedfield.Master’s degree in machine learning, AI, computer science, statistics is a plus.\n\n5-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a closely related software engineering discipline\n\nDemonstrated experience building and deploying production AI or ML systems\n\nHands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms\n\nExperience in a corporate or enterprise environment preferred\n\nProficiencywith Snowflake AI tooling and Cortex capabilities, Amazon Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, and ECS for AI/ML workloads\n\nHands-on experience with agentic frameworks: Snowflake Intelligence, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI\n\nStrong Python skills including experience with ML libraries and API development\n\nExperience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOpsbest practices\n\nUnderstanding of responsible AI principles, model governance, and data privacy standards\n\nStrong communicationskills with ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders\n\nAWS certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect, or Developer)\n\nExperience with multi-agent system design and orchestration at scale\n\nExposure to hospitality, travel, or cruise industry environments\n\nFamiliarity with Snowflake data sharing and S3-based data export patterns\n\nTravel: Less than 25% with shipboard travel likely\nWork Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.\nPhysical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.\nThis position is classified as “in-office.”As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week.
