So we’re determined to create opportunities for everyone to drive their development and define their own career path.\nTo apply for theTechnical Stores Manager role you will need:\nA strong background in logistics and/or inventory management preferably within a large, complex environment; \nKnowledge of working with technical stores parts would be advantageous; \nExperience of managing a small team; \nExcellent communication skills, with experience of negotiating with external suppliers; \nKnowledge of working with technical stores parts would be advantageous. \nExperience at sea is desirable, but not essential. We believe in hiring people with the right attitudes and strengths over their competencies.\nIn addition to a strong logistics/inventory management background, you will have maintained appropriate stock levels and managed stock order planning and asset management. You will be comfortable liaising with supply chain regarding ordering parts and deliveries as well as senior management in order to manager your team effectively, whilst maintaining and monitoring your respective budgets.\nYou will be self-motivated and dependable, and always keen to take on more work whilst helping those around you.
