If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.\nResponsibilities\nPerforms engineering work in design, rehabilitation, and/or construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure\nPerforms engineering work in the condition assessment of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure\nWorks on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and cost estimates for various water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects, permitting and alternative analysis\nPrepares technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables; data entry and analysis, and working through the construction phase on the projects\nPlans, schedules, and conducts engineering work on projects of medium to large sizes of moderately complex nature\nResponsible for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards\nCollaborate with several other supervisors or team leaders\nResponsible for training and monitoring internal staff\nResponsible for acting independently and making authoritative decisions on technical matters\nDevelops significant relationships with new and existing clients and has responsibility for client maintenance\nSupports firm's relationships with client management personnel\nResponsible for identifying and directing sub consultants performing services on projects\nTechnical collaborator in proposal preparation and overall business development pursuits\nActive in professional associations, including presentation of technical papers, member of technical committee, officer of local or national organization\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering\n10 plus years of experience in the water industry with at least five years of project management experience\nRegistration as a Professional Engineer\nDemonstrated experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater pipeline condition assessment, including tools and technologies for condition assessment.\nDemonstrated experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater pipeline rehabilitation design and construction.\nDemonstrated experience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large sized water, wastewater, and/or stormwater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards\nExperience includes water, wastewater, and/or stormwater treatment facilities, wastewater collection systems, water transmission/distribution projects, pipeline rehabilitation projects, and pump stations\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with clients and project team\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering\nDesign and construction phase experience\nNASSCO PACP/MACP/LACP certification\nDBIA certification\nCompensation Range\n$165,000 to $195,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
