If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for budget monitoring and construction quality on the project site\nPrepares monthly contract status reports, budget reviews, and effectively evaluates and negotiates amendment and change order requests \nReviews construction schedules for compliance with contract documents\nReviews contractor schedule of values and payment applications\nOversees timely workflow of construction documentation (submittals, RFIs, clarifications, etc.)\nResponsible for working as a team with the contractor, client, field team and designer\nReport writing\nResponsible for preparation of meeting agendas and portions of proposals\nMentors and trains less experienced construction/field engineers\nInvolved on team that prepares proposals and conducts interviews\nCultivates client relationships and helps pursue new opportunities\nQualifications\n15+ years experience including a lead role in $20 million or greater construction value water/wastewater project\nExperience focused in W/WW infrastructure and treatment projects\nCompletion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety training\nThorough understanding of construction management processes and in-depth financial understanding of construction management\nAbility to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and lead engineer/project team, and deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints\nHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and be extremely organized\nWorking knowledge of construction management software such as Prolog, Bentley EADOC, Procore, BIM 360, etc.\nWorking knowledge of construction scheduling software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project\nWorking knowledge and understanding of construction methods, standards, specifications and plans \nStrong oral and written communications skills\nStrong computer and internet skills\nProficient in MS Word and Excel\nBachelor of Science in civil engineering or related field\nProfessional Engineer registration\nCompensation Range\nWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
