Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gewinnst neue Händlerkunden in deiner Region - fokussiert, strukturiert, mit Targetlisten im Rücken.
  • Du steuerst den vollständigen Salesprozess: Erstansprache, Präsentation, Abschluss, Onboarding.
  • Du baust deine Kunden aus und hilfst ihnen, ihr Verkaufsvolumen auf der Plattform zu maximieren.
  • Du planst deine Touren selbst: 4 Tage Außendienst bei den Händlern in deinem Revier.
  • Du nutzt den Homeoffice-Tag für Vorbereitung, Nachbereitung und Wochenplanung.
  • Du arbeitest mit Salesforce, Claude, Langdock und Dataleap - mehr Fokus auf Abschlüsse, weniger auf Administration.

 

Was du mitbringst

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre B2B-Außendienstvertrieb - keine Option, echte Voraussetzung
  • Solution Selling: du verstehst komplexe Produkte und erklärst sie überzeugend
  • Abschlussstärke mit nachweisbarem Track Record
  • Eigenantrieb, Struktur und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung im Automobilhandel oder im digitalen B2B-Handel
  • KI-affine Arbeitsweise - du nutzt Tools wie Claude oder ChatGPT aktiv im Arbeitsalltag
