One Profit Engine.\n\nYour responsibilities\nYou own the two-way synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core platform\nYou build new features from scratch and continuously improve the existing codebase, hands-on coding rather than configuration\nYou translate business and user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, working with a distributed engineering team\nYou take on underutilised platform features and cut technical debt\nYou identify and resolve technical issues, optimise system performance and secure data integrity\nYou mentor team members and keep technical documentation accurate and current\nYou assess new Salesforce ecosystem releases and decide what is relevant for our platform\n\nWhat you bring\n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, most of it writing custom code rather than configuring\nDeep command of Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS, plus the confidence to work in the Aura and Visualforce code you will be migrating away from\nStrong SOQL, SQL and relational data modelling, and a solid grasp of event-driven architecture where Salesforce meets external systems\nStrong knowledge of SFDC Flows, Metadata API and Salesforce APIs, working within release management and Scrum\nAI-native working style: you use coding agents and LLM tooling daily and have real judgement about where they accelerate you and where they do not\nEnglish at C1 level or above\nAn established entity in Brazil able to invoice in euros\nNice to have\nSalesforce certifications\nExperience with Agentforce or Einstein AI features\nSpanish as an additional language\n\nWhat you get\nFully remote from anywhere in Brazil on a freelance contract\nArchitecture ownership from day one\nAn engineering culture where AI tooling is embedded in how the work gets done\nDirect access to the European engineering team, no client-vendor layer in between\nInitial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension\nCompetitive hourly rate aligned with senior market rates\nApply now -
