One Profit Engine.\n\nYour responsibilities\nYou build and customise Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions that carry our dealer and buyer processes end to end\nYou own Apex classes, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages across the Inventory team's scope\nYou design and maintain the two-way integration between Salesforce and our core platform (REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven flows)\nYou decide where standard configuration is enough (Flows, metadata, permission sets) and where custom development earns its place\nYou design data models and API integrations that keep transaction data consistent between Salesforce and our backend systems\nYou take ownership of underused platform features and reduce technical debt in the existing codebase\nYou secure reliability and performance through monitoring, release management and clean deployment practice\nYou work in agile sprints and shape the architecture decisions behind them\n\nWhat you bring\n4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud in production\nDeep command of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS\nStrong relational data modelling with SOQL and SQL\nSolid understanding of event-driven architecture and Salesforce integration patterns (REST APIs, Platform Events)\nClear judgement on standard platform configuration versus custom development\nComfortable in release management and scrum frameworks, and able to carry a technical argument in a business conversation\nEnglish at C1 level, written and spoken\nAI-fluent working style.
