Unser Kernprodukt AlphaController steuert alle Arbeitsprozesse im Autohaus - von der Fahrzeugbewertung bis zum Verkauf. Zu unseren Kunden zählen Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Porsche und Audi. Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden am Telefon und im E-Mail-Postfach - 1st Level mit Perspektive auf 2nd Level - und behältst den administrativen Überblick über alle laufenden Fälle
- Du konfigurierst den AlphaController passgenau auf die Anforderungen jedes Kunden - von Feature-Freischaltung bis Berechtigungsstruktur
- Du analysierst Abhängigkeiten und Fehlerquellen in der Software, bevor sie zum Problem für den Kunden werden
- Du testest jedes Release manuell auf Herz und Nieren und steuerst Tickets ein, damit nur fehlerfreie Software beim Kunden ankommt
- Bei Fehlern an der Schnittstelle zu unseren Partnern gehst du der Ursache auf den Grund, kommunizierst direkt mit Schnittstellenpartnern und interner Entwicklung und trägst zur Behebung bei
Was du mitbringst
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt oder Support
- Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Softwareprozesse und Schnittstellen
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise - du erkennst Abhängigkeiten, bevor sie zum Problem werden
- Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt und daran, für jeden Kunden die passende Lösung zu finden
- Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Englisch mindestens B2 in Wort und Schrift
Von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Automotive-Sektor
- Ausbildung im IT-/Software-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in
