As a Technical Product Intern you will work on our platform products and internal SaaS tools - the products that engineering and business teams across multiple business units build on and work with every day. Job Purpose\nThe Senior Procurement Specialist manages end-to-end procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency, supplier quality, operational effectiveness, and compliance across business units.\nThis role collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive sourcing strategies, optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), mitigate supplier risks, and build long-term vendor partnerships.\nII. Key Responsibility\n1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Planning\nDefine procurement scope, budgets, and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders based on spending and market intelligence.\n\nLead end-to-end competitive bidding (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and provide recommendations balancing cost, quality, service, and risk.\n\nIdentify demand consolidation and vendor optimization opportunities to enhance purchasing efficiency.\n\n2. Commercial Negotiation & Cost Optimization\nLead commercial negotiations (pricing, payment terms, SLAs, warranties) to maximize commercial value.\n\nDevelop and track cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives, evaluating Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).\n\nReview existing supplier agreements to drive renegotiations and value optimization.\n\n3. Supplier Management & Development\nEvaluate, onboard, and maintain a qualified supplier base according to company standards and due diligence requirements.\n\nMonitor vendor performance against KPIs/SLAs, conduct periodic reviews, and manage escalations or corrective actions.\n\nBuild strategic supplier relationships while developing contingency sourcing options for critical business areas.\n\n4. Contract & Commercial Management\nEnsure contracts clearly establish scope, deliverables, commercial terms, SLAs, confidentiality, data protection, and risk liabilities.\n\nMaintain accurate contract repository records, tracking expiration dates and renewal obligations.\n\n5. Procurement Operations & Procure-to-Pay\nManage day-to-day purchasing activities (PR review, sourcing, PO creation) following delegation of authority rules.\n\nCoordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve P2P bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.\n\nStandardize and streamline operational workflows to optimize procurement cycle times.\n\n Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.\n\n5+ years of experience in Procurement\n\nExperience in Tech, Fintech, Product, or regulated industries is highly preferred.\n\nProficiency in strategic sourcing methodology, category management, pricing models, and TCO evaluations.\n\nHands-on experience with ERP/e-Procurement platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Ariba) and data analytics (Excel/PowerPoint).\n\nStrong negotiation, analytical thinking, and business acumen.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nHigh integrity, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently under pressure.\n\nBenefits\nWorking in a young, dynamic, and supportive environment\nReceive 100% salary during the probation.\nSocial insurance full-salary for employee in the probation\nPremium healthcare for employees.\nGet 15 days of annual leave + 5 days of sick leave + 1 birthday leave + 1 Christmas day leave per year\nGet a 13th-month salary and annual performance bonus.\nLaptop device will be provided\nLearning and career development opportunities with access to Coursera, Udemy, and O’Reilly.\nComplimentary fruits, coffee, and tea are provided at the office.\nOur modern offices serve perfectly for a relaxed, yet productive work environment.\nYou will grow with the FRUIT values of Fast Growth, Responsibility, User-first, Integrity, and Team.\n Thank you for taking your time to read our job description and thank you in advance if you decide to apply for this position.
