Together as an organisation, we make magic happen.\n Responsibilities\nUpdate, monitor, and publish approved job openings across online hiring channels.\nActively source and approach potential candidates to build talent pipelines under team guidance.\nSupport recruitment activities for assigned levels and functional departments.\nCoordinate with candidates and hiring managers for test arrangements and multi-round interview schedules.\nEngage directly with candidates to answer inquiries and ensure a positive candidate experience.\nUpdate and maintain recruitment status, candidate databases, and referral data (from internal and external sources) in a timely and accurate manner.\nSupport onboarding and follow up on new hires.\nDesign and update visual templates (using Canva/Photoshop) for internal activities, referral programs, and recruitment campaigns.\n What makes you a great fit for us:\n4th year or fresh graduated students. \nKnowledge and determination to grow in recruitment field\nExperience in recruitment sourcing is a great advantage (Have experience in MASS recruitment is a plus).\nEyes for details, heart for improvement and motivation to conquer all difficulties.\nProactive, eager to learn & willingness to connect with people.\nOrganized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.\nNo hesitation in taking extra effort with can-do attitude.\nFluency in English.\nDesign/Content Skills (E.g: Photoshop/Canva) is a great plus.\nWhat you’ll get when you’re with us:\nPaid internship (5 mil VND gross).\nEnergizing working environment with passionate teammates.\nOn-the-job training and support and coaching to develop your skills.\n Thank you for taking your time to read our job description and thank you in advance if you decide to apply for this position.
