Ensure continuous material flow through manufacturing processes while maintaining product quality, material traceability, production schedules, customer requirements, and safe operating practices. Act as the primary liaison between operations, planning, metallurgy, quality, customer service, maintenance, and material handling functions to optimize throughput and improve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) performance.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required. \nAssociate degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred. \nTraining in shop floor systems, production reporting systems, quality processes, inventory control, and material handling operations. \nKnowledge of ISO/QS requirements and manufacturing quality systems preferred.\nMinimum of three years experience in manufacturing operations, production control, material-flow coordination, production scheduling, or a related industrial environment.
