Dynamet maintains a second manufacturing facility in western Pennsylvania.\nTITLE: MANAGER II - PLANNING & INVENTORY\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE MANAGER II - PLANNING & INVENTORY\nProvide overall management in the capacity of inventory planning. \nOversee, guide and mentor Master Planners to ensure that they are achieving their goals, objectives and the greater company need. \nAssist planners in detailed scheduling and decision making as needed. \nPromote suggestions and develop improvement strategies and plans to optimize the material and production planning processes. \nOversee implementation of new planning tools and systems enhancements to increase the efficiency of the manufacturing operation.\nPerform all other duties and special projects as assigned.\nREQUIRED FOR THE MANAGER II - PLANNING & INVENTORY\nFour-year college degree with a concentration in Business, Industrial or Inventory Management, Operations Planning or Logistics. APICS certification desired\nMinimum of seven years in a manufacturing planning or operations environment, including a minimum of two years’ experience in Order Scheduling, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics or Manufacturing Management.
