Dynamet maintains a second manufacturing facility in western Pennsylvania.\nSPECIALIST II - EH&S\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seekinga motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting a safe workplace. This role is ideal for an early-career EHS professional looking to grow their expertisein a dynamic industrial environment.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SPECIALIST II - EH&S\nHealth and Safety\nConduct routine safety inspections and audits to identifyhazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.\n\nAssistin incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions .\n\nSupport safety training programs, including onboarding, PPE usage, and emergency response .\n\nMaintain accuraterecords of safety incidents, training, and compliance activities.\n\nMonitor and report on environmental metrics including waste, emissions, and water usage.\n\nAssistwith environmental permitting, reporting, and regulatory submissions (e.g., EPA, state agencies) .\n\nSupport hazardous waste management and chemical inventory tracking.\n\nParticipate in sustainability initiatives and environmental improvement projects.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement EHS initiatives and drive continuous improvement .\n\nMaintain and update EHS documentation, procedures, and management systems.\n\nStay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices.\n\nPerform all other duties and special projects as assigned\n\nREQUIRED FOR THE SPECIALIST II - EH&S\nHigh School Diploma with8 yearsof experienceor associate’sdegreewith3-5 years of experience.Four-year college degree in related safety science field or engineering.
