Our Tanner, AL location is an integrated mill manufacturing high-quality premium and ultra-premium forged bar and billet products from melt to ship.\nMANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR - VIM - Athens, AL\nDay Shift Position\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR - VIM\nProvide production employees with guidance, direction and supervision in support of departmental operations.\nPromptly address performance issues.\nActively promote all company policies and expectations, especially in support of safety plans and results.\nPlan and schedule operations within assigned area of responsibility.\nMaintain a positive work environment by regularly communicating with employees on the shop floor and respond to employee issues and concerns in a timely manner.\nMaintain well-organized and productive work areas.\nWork with others to achieve department and company goals and objectives.\nPerform all other duties and special projects as assigned.\nREQUIRED FOR THE MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR\nHigh school diploma required.
