Join a team where your growth is our priority, and your work truly matters.\n We are currently hiring for a Project Assistant in our Tallahassee office. \nQualifications include:\nMust have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team.\nMust possess excellent organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision.\nMust be highly motivated.\nMust exhibit a positive and professional attitude. \nDuties will include, but are not limited to:\nThe project assistant is primarily responsible for scanning documents, copying, faxing, managing the mail of the office, paying some invoices, setting up computers and assembling office furniture from time to time.\nThe project assistant will be the receptionists backup during breaks and the lunch hour.\nThe project assistant position is extremely important to ensure that the workflow moves properly and that work gets handled in a timely and efficient manner.\nThe project assistant may also be asked to perform other general duties assigned by a Supervisor, Office Manager, Director of Human Resources, and/or the Firm Administrator. \nOffice Culture:\nStrong, close-knit team with a supportive and easy-going environment.\nEmphasis on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
