The role partners closely with business, regional and functional leadership to provide clear financial insights, improve forecast quality, strengthen performance management, and support sustainable growth, margin expansion and cash generation across the global business.\nKey Responsibilities \nLead the Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Plan, profit assurance and rolling forecast processes for the Global Container business. \nCoordinate planning calendars, assumptions, submissions, reviews and leadership presentations across regions and functions. \nDevelop robust financial models, scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions. \nImprove forecast accuracy by strengthening assumptions, cadence, data quality and accountability across the organization. \nPrepare and deliver monthly and quarterly performance analysis for business leadership reviews. \nExplain business performance versus plan, forecast and prior year, with clear linkage to operational and commercial drivers. \nTrack and analyze key performance indicators including sales, orders, backlog, margin, EBIT, cash flow, working capital, pricing. \nHighlight risks, opportunities, performance gaps and required management actions in a timely and structured manner. \nPartner with business and functional leaders to support profitable business growth. \nSupport pricing, margin improvement, productivity, working capital and transformation initiatives with financial insights and analytics. \nPrepare business cases, ROI analysis and financial evaluations for strategic projects, capital investments and operational initiatives. \nLead cash flow forecasting and working capital performance analysis in partnership with operational finance teams. \nAnalyze inventory, receivables, payables and operational drivers impacting cash conversion. \nSupport initiatives to improve cash generation and capital efficiency. \nStandardize and simplify management reporting, forecast templates, review decks and FP&A processes.\nDrive automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual reporting effort and improve insight quality. \nPromote strong governance, data accuracy and consistency in financial reporting and analysis. \nLead, coach and develop FP&A COE team, building strong analytical, communication and business partnering capabilities. \nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and high-quality execution. \nRequirement\nCA, CPA, ACCA or MBA Finance\n10-15 years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A, business finance, management reporting and leadership exposure in a multinational environment\nExperience in hands on FP&A scope to manufacturing, industrial, equipment, or global business environments preferred. \nAdvanced Excel, financial modeling, PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
