Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.\nThe role:\nAs a BMS Technician you will be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and engineering various installations to deliver and maintain high quality systems in compliance with site specified tasks, statutory requirements, and Automated Logic Australia standards, whilst ensuring tasks are completed on time and always ensuring customer satisfaction.\nKey responsibilities:\nProvide Service, Preventative Maintenance and Commissioning of BMCS/DDC control systems.\n\nProvide software configuration, testing and commissioning, calibrations and maintenance diagnosis, repair, and basic programming.\n\nEnsure jobs executed on site, are as per directions provided by Service Management/Operations team.\n\nProvide high level of technical support to team members, Installers and Service Agents.\n\nResponsible for coordinating and providing field data and documents to the Operations / Service Management team.\n\nResponsible from time to time to help on site with critical jobs/projects installation, commissioning or troubleshooting work.\n\nParticipate in safety toolbox talks and regular site meetings\n\nEnsure checklists for jobs are completed, personal protective equipment is used in accordance with procedures.\n\nLiaise with Service Group Administrators for all team member administration requirements.\n\nEnsure 'alarmed' calls are followed through to customer's satisfaction.\n\nParticipate in “on-call” roster.\n\nProtect and maintain all Company equipment issued.\n\nInitiate Corrective Action Reports (CARs).\n\nRequirements:\nExisting skills and experience in Building Management Systems.\n\nKnowledge of HVAC/BMS systems are essential\n\nDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.\n\nStrong fault finding and problem-solving skills.\n\nPride in delivering quality service for your customers.\n\nThe ability to build excellent relationships with your customers.\n\nExcellent oral and written communications and reporting skills.\n\nStrong computer skills including hardware setup, MS Office and databases.\n\nBenefits\nAttractive salary package + Full time permanent opportunity\n\nCar allowance + mobile phone + laptop\n\nExcellent job stability + Ongoing training and development opportunities\n\nInclusive work environment + Supportive management team\n\nOur commitment to you\nOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
