This role is responsible for performing CFD and FEA simulations, validating product performance through testing, and collaborating with global teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective HVAC solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform CFD and FEA simulations to evaluate product and system performance.\nUtilize company simulation tools to support product development and design optimization.\nConduct air conditioner testing and analyze results to verify performance and reliability.\nDevelop engineering recommendations based on simulation and test findings.\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction, product improvement, and innovation.\nPrepare technical reports and present simulation or test results to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with global cross-functional teams to support development projects and achieve project objectives.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance and engineering processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in CFD or FEA simulation.\nExperience working with air conditioning or HVAC products.\nProficient in simulation and 3D engineering software.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with product development and validation processes.\nKnowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid flow, and structural analysis.\nExperience in HVAC, cooling systems, or appliance manufacturing.\nFamiliarity with laboratory testing and performance evaluation.\nExperience working in a global or cross-functional engineering environment.\nBenefits\nWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and continuously enhancing our programs to support employee wellbeing and career growth.\nRetirement savings plan\nHealth and life insurance\nProfessional development and career advancement opportunities\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nAnnual health check-up and wellness initiatives\nOur Commitment to You\nOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
