A work home.”\nIf that sounds like you, welcome home.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem Performance:Install, commission, and optimize advanced DDC systems, ensuring controls, sensors, and networks meet performance standards.\n\nProactive Problem Solving:Use technical judgment to solve automation challenges and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines.\n\nTechnical Leadership: Train owners on system operation and partner with Project Managers to manage risks and improve execution.\n\nTravel & Growth:Travel as needed and adapt to changing schedules while taking end-to-end ownership of complex projects.\n\nProject Integrity: Maintain accurate documentation and participate in project reviews to drive continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n\n2+ years of hands-on experience in the Building Automation or HVAC Controls industry.\n\nMust possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.\n\nAbility to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.\n\nCapable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Ownership: Demonstrated experience in delivering turnkey solutions while independently working with increasing scope complexity and managing resources to meet all milestones.\n\nTechnical Problem Solving: Proactively identifies and resolves system issues using a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plans.\n\nSoftware & Systems: Proficient in loading and configuring building automation software, including trends, alarms, system reports, and end-user training.\n\nWorking Communication: Clearly translates technical project details for customers and maintains disciplined documentation and safety standards.\n\nQuality & Improvement: Anticipates customer needs and provides feedback on field tools and processes to drive operational efficiency and reliability.\n\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation\nThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
