This role partners closely with operations and supply chain teams to drive business performance through budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision support.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning.\nAnalyze manufacturing performance, cost drivers, and operational efficiency.\nProvide financial insights to support pricing, sourcing, and process improvement decisions.\nPrepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.\nEvaluate CAPEX investments through business cases, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies.\nIdentify risks, opportunities, and productivity improvement initiatives.\nPartner with cross-functional and regional teams to support business objectives.\nCoach and develop team members in financial analysis and planning.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.\nMinimum 5 years of FP&A or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/AffirmativeAction Employer.
