In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end customer experience. You’ll partner closely with operations, technicians, sales, centralized support teams, and leadership to ensure service work is booked accurately, executed efficiently, and billed correctly. This is a hands-on operational role at the center of growth, change, and customer satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced service environment and enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex operations, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure accurate and timely booking of service jobs in coordination with sales teams, including daily review of closed-unbooked opportunities\nComplete job setup, billing plans, and scheduling notifications for Service Coordinators\nReview open orders daily and drive timely job completion\nAssist with warranty and startup jobs\nProcess parts ordering, purchase orders, and AAP requests\nReview Preliminary Billing Documents (PBDs) and ensure invoices are processed on time\nEnsure accurate billing for projects, service contracts, time & materials, and fixed-price work\nPerform project reconciliation to minimize under-billed or missed revenue\nServe as an Accounts Receivable subject matter expert\nResolve customer billing disputes and manage credit holds\nSubmit and maintain tax exemption documentation\nSet up new customers and vendors accurately to avoid delays or disputes\nMonitor operational metrics and report progress, trends, and issues to the team\nProactively support pull-through revenue by assisting with repair and service opportunity tracking\nAssist leadership in driving on-time, within-budget service execution\nBuild strong, lasting relationships with customers and external partners\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n5+ years of customer service or service operations experience\n2+ years of working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce or SAP\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of HVAC service industry experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field\nDetail oriented with strong follow through\nAn excellent communicator with a customer first mindset\nA self starter who brings energy, accountability, and process discipline\nTime and priority management skills\nComfortable working across teams in a fast paced service environment\nEHS awareness\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
