Technology that supports the buildings and industry of today and tomorrow requires a wide range of talents and skill sets.\nAbout this role\nALC has an opportunity for an Associate Project Manager who will take responsibility for aspects of commercial installation projects in a building solutions environment. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with subcontractors & cross-functional teams and manage smaller projects independently whilst assisting Project Manager(s) on large projects.\nThis is a hybrid role and will be servicing data center and other projects of major clients in Colorado and Wyoming.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in managing multiple projects along with the Project Managers i.e., follow project processes\nComplete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and customer satisfaction\nAssist with managing and tracking the overall financial performance of projects i.e., project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and re-estimating costs of installation projects\nParticipate in the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders upon scope creep\nCoordinate project materials; use shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any problems\nBuild relationships with sub-contractors, identify issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any matters\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMinimum of 1 year of experience assisting and participating in projects\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree\nPMP certification\nAbility to lead and motivate cross-functional teams\nProblem-solving, planning, and project management skills\nAbility to read and understand the scope of work and blueprints\nKnowledge of project financial reporting\nMS Office Suite\nEnglish written and verbal communication skills\nExperience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or commercial construction\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation\nThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
