This role is responsible for executing engineering studies, product validation testing, design changes, and manufacturing support to ensure product performance, quality, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs an Associate Sustaining Engineer, you'll be responsible for:\nSupport product development through engineering studies, feasibility evaluations, design modifications, and cost analysis.\nExecute and analyze tests for systems, components, and sub-systems.\nProvide factory support by resolving design-related issues, material shortages, deviations, and manufacturing challenges.\nEvaluate alternative materials and design solutions through testing and validation.\nCreate and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, sketches, and technical documentation.\nEnsure compliance with design, safety, and qualification standards.\nDrive product optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes and support production needs.\nRequirements\nWe are looking for people who are proactive. If this is you, get in touch.\nAs a minimum you must have:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls Engineering, or related field.\n0-3 years of experience in product development, project engineering, sustaining engineering, or manufacturing support.\nExperience supporting long-term engineering projects and factory support activities.\nConversational English.\nProficiency in Creo Parametric and AutoCAD.\nExperience with Microsoft Project (Gantt charts) and advanced Excel.\nKnowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs.
