The team is responsible for developing and deploying state-of-the-art dynamic modeling and controls tool that are used by global engineering centers for Carrier’s air-conditioning and refrigeration system design and controller development.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs a Control Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:\n Provide expertise in Fundamental analytical skills on control theory\n Lead Control algorithm development, control system architecture design and controller verification process like Model-in-the-Loop (MiL), Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) processes\n Participate in global multidisciplinary projects, ensuring on-time and high quality deliverables\nOther work items arranged by supervisor\n Requirements\nAs a minimum you must have:\nMS or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical or Control Engineering with 0+ year experience.\nFluent English (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.\nFundamental analytical skills on control theory\nHands on experience of control system development\nBenefits\nWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.\nOur commitment to you\nOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
