We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent time management, organization, communication, technical, and troubleshooting skills. As a technical and product expert, you will solve highly complex problems, program BAS controllers, and serve as a point of contact in the field.\nKey Responsibilities\nInitiate, install, troubleshoot optimize customer systems that utilize advanced BAS systems.\nServe as local contact for technical issues and leader in the field.\nOffer effective solutions for increasingly complex system issues.\nProvide turnkey project delivery on small to medium projects.\nResponsible for ensuring that systems operate properly, to include controls, sensors, and software.\nLoad software, configure trends, alarms, and reports.\nImplement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.\nCommunicate and document the status and details of the project for the customer.\nProvide site-specific training to owners/operators on the complete system.\nRequired Qualifications\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n2+ years of experience in Building Automation and HVAC.\nCapable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.\nValid and current Driver’s License and can be insurable by the company’s insurance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree, associate degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or related field.\nProficient with advanced building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls.\nAbility to navigate and integrate into a variety of building automation systems.\nExpert with TCP/IP networks including wireless technology.\nExperience interacting with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines.\nAbility to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.\nExcellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.\nProficient with Microsoft 365 applications.\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation\nThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
