This role will drive cost competitiveness, supplier performance, supply continuity, and long-term value through strategic supplier relationships and commercial execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs an Electronics Commodity Manager, you'll be responsible for:\nDevelop and execute category strategies for Electronics Contract Manufacturing suppliers aligned with business objectives.\nManage strategic supplier relationships, including performance, commercial negotiations, risk mitigation, and executive escalations.\nDeliver annual productivity targets through sourcing projects, cost reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, and continuous improvement programs.\nLead contract compliance and Carrier Alliance execution with strategic suppliers.\nEnsure supply continuity, supplier resilience, and mitigation of commercial and operational risks across the electronics supply base.\nRequirements\nWe are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, commercially minded, and skilled at building strong supplier relationships. If this is you, get in touch.\nAs a minimum you must have:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in sourcing, commodity management, procurement, or supply chain.\nExperience negotiating supplier contracts, prices, and purchasing terms and conditions.\nExperience with cost analysis, sourcing processes, and cross-functional collaboration.\nFluent English communication skills, written and verbal.\nAlthough not necessary, it would be nice if you have:\nExperience within electronics manufacturing, PCBAs, EMS/ECM, or Contract Manufacturing environments.\nExperience managing strategic suppliers in companies such as Jabil, Flex, Sanmina, Celestica, Foxconn, Benchmark, or Plexus.\nKnowledge of SAP and advanced Microsoft Office tools.\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs.
