Our apprenticeships are designed to help you develop technical skills, understand the industry, and build a successful career in areas such as:\nElectrical Controls\n\nPumps & Power\n\nHVAC\n\nBuilding Services Pre-Sales\n\nGas & Boiler Services\n\nWhat you will be doing\nWork alongside experienced professionals to assist with installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing across a variety of systems.\n\nGain experience in electrical power supplies, control panels, pumps, water hydraulics, hydronics, and digital control systems, including basic BMS (Building Management Systems).\n\nHelp diagnose and resolve technical challenges, both in-person and remotely, while supporting teams with planning, design, and system optimisation.\n\nLearn to read technical drawings, follow best practices for workplace safety, and understand industry regulations, compliance, and standards.\n\nVisit customer sites, shadow expert engineers, and gain on-the-job training while studying at college as part of your apprenticeship.\n\nJoin an inclusive, supportive team and represent Carrier with confidence and professionalism.\n\nWhat we offer\nA starting salary of £18,000\n\nA range of fully funded study options once you complete your apprenticeship.
