This role serves as a key liaison between customers, manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and quality teams, leading investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues. The position also drives continuous improvement initiatives through the analysis of quality metrics, warranty performance, and customer feedback to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze and manage customer complaints, warranty claims, and field quality issues, identifying failure modes, trends, and root causes.\nCoordinate investigations with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.\nIdentify, document, and communicate quality issues, non-conforming products, and process deviations using established systems and procedures.\nMonitor and support quality improvement initiatives through the analysis of key quality metrics and performance indicators.\nLead and facilitate problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and structured corrective action processes.\nAnalyze warranty data and quality trends to identify opportunities for product and process improvement.\nEnsure compliance with quality requirements for manufacturing products and processes.\nConduct quality reviews and audits to identify risks and prevent quality escapes.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of quality control systems, procedures, and documentation.\nParticipate in process change reviews, work transfers, and PPAP approvals to ensure quality requirements are met.\nReview process control documentation, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing customer complaints, warranty costs, scrap, and non-conformances.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Warranty Analysis, or Failure Analysis.\nAdvanced conversational English with the ability to lead meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with customers and global teams.\nExperience managing customer complaints, warranty claims, and field quality investigations.\nStrong knowledge of 8D methodology, Root Cause Analysis, and quality problem-solving tools.\nExperience analyzing warranty and quality performance metrics such as CEPPM, COPQ, First Year Warranty, Scrap, and FPY.\nKnowledge of product failure analysis and corrective action implementation.\nExperience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.\nStrong communication, leadership, customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nResults-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs.
