The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, governance teams, and analytics consumers to ensure consistent, reusable, and business-aligned data structures that support enterprise reporting, operational insights, and AI-powered solutions.\nRole Responsibilities\nData Modeling & Architecture\nDesign conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data products and analytics platforms.\nDevelop dimensional, canonical, and semantic data models to support reporting, AI, and business intelligence use cases.\nCreate scalable and reusable data structures for Snowflake, Big Query, and cloud-based Lakehouse environments.\nEstablish and maintain enterprise data modeling standards, naming conventions, and design best practices.\nPartner with data engineering and architecture teams to optimize data structures for performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nBusiness & Data Product Engagement\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, and reporting requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into governed and reusable enterprise data models.\nSupport the design and evolution of enterprise data products and semantic layers.\nDrive consistency of business metrics and definitions across domains and reporting platforms.\nParticipate in solution design sessions and data architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.\nGovernance, Quality & AI Enablement\nPartner with Data Governance teams to define master data, reference data, business glossaries, and metadata standards.\nIncorporate data quality, lineage, and governance requirements into model design.\nSupport enterprise metadata management and catalog initiatives.\nDesign AI-ready data structures that support machine learning, generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI use cases.\nContribute to enterprise standards for data discoverability, reuse, and compliance.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in Data Modeling, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Management.\nStrong expertise in: Dimensional Modeling (Kimball) Enterprise Data Modeling, Data Vault Modeling Semantic Layer Design, Master and Reference Data Management\nAdvanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational and analytical database concepts.\nHands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms such as: Snowflake, Google Big Query, Cloud Data Warehouses and Lakehouse architectures\nExperience supporting enterprise analytics, reporting, and data product initiatives.\nStrong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Atlan, Collibra, or similar governance platforms.\nExperience with Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or enterprise semantic modeling tools.\nExposure to AI/ML, GenAI, and enterprise data platforms.\nExperience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, ERP, or Product Engineering domains.\nFamiliarity with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, PLM, or other enterprise systems.\nTarget Experience Level\n8-12 years | Senior Data Modeler / Lead Data Modeler\nBenefits\nWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.\nMake yourself a priority with flexible schedules, parental leave \nDrive forward your career through professional development opportunities \nAchieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme \nOur commitment to you\nOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
