The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of a multidisciplinary team of hourly and support warehouse employees. Plus, we’ll support your growth with paid-for external training programs and courses.\nJob Description\nEffectively manage the warehouse with a relentless focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\nBuild a results-oriented environment that champions fair and equal treatment for all team members.\nConduct impactful, unbiased performance reviews and utilize skill matrices to build a highly efficient, and well-trained team.\nManage workforce requirements, including scheduling, overtime, and vacation planning, while staying strictly within budget and policy.\nIdentify and resolve warehouse challenges throughout the shift to ensure all logistic goals are consistently met or exceeded.\nOversee and uphold all environmental compliance standards and company policies within the warehouse.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives using advanced problem-solving tools like Kaizens, Value Stream Maps, 5-Why’s, 8D’s, and Standard Work.\nDevelop and support a \"5S mindset\" across warehouse areas, ensuring extraordinary housekeeping is always the standard.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of progressive warehouse and/or logistics experience\nOR\nBachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of progressive warehouse and/or logistics experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nSupervisory experience in a warehouse environment\nProactive problem-solver, managing multiple priorities independently and adapting seamlessly to shifting demands.\nInfluential communicator and leader\nGrowth-oriented, motivated and continuous improvement focus\nHigh-energy team player and collaborative\nBackground in inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving practices\nMaintain a high ethical standard and a foundational understanding of key OSHA regulations (including Confined Spaces, Electrical Safety, and Machine Safeguarding).\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possess the digital literacy to master new internal systems\nFocused on results and flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary to support the warehouse\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
