For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow on Carrier social media at @Carrier.\nAbout this role:\nThe Maintenance Supervisor ensures the availability and reliability of the equipment and facilities at a Carrier manufacturing facility. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, executes the preventive/predictive maintenance program, and supports equipment installation and integration.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervises preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities and data-driven reliability improvements.\n\nResponsible for supporting equipment installation, commissioning, startup activities, and production ramp-ups.\n\nLeads, schedules, coaches and develops the maintenance technician team across shifts.\n\nManages the maintenance plan, spare-parts inventory, and service providers.\n\nDrives autonomous maintenance and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.\n\nEnsure safety compliance (OSHA, LOTO, permits) on all interventions.\n\nOwns the maintenance of KPIs, including equipment uptime, MTBF,MTTR, maintenance cost performance, and support of overall OEE objectives.\n\nStrengthen accountability for reliability engineering practices, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and long term asset performance improvements.\n\nLeads continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability, productivity and asset\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree.\n\n4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years supervising maintenance technicians.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDegree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.\n\nStrong hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.\n\nExperience developing, executing, and continuously improving preventive/predictive maintenance programs and managing a CMMS.\n\nWorking knowledge of TPM, autonomous maintenance and reliability metrics (MTBF/MTTR, uptime).\n\nStrong safety orientation with knowledge of OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work procedures.\n\nAvailability to support a multi-shift operation, including on-call coverage.\n\nExperience with equipment installation and integration.\n\nKnowledge of TPM and CMMS systems.\n\nExperience with PLCs and automated equipment.\n\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation\nThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
