This role serves as a critical link between customers, service operations, engineering, manufacturing, and quality organizations to resolve complex product and application issues. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in applied HVAC systems, particularly air-cooled chillers and rooftop units, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support while driving continuous product improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Post Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for:\nProviding post-sale technical support to customers, field service teams, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.\nSupporting installation, startup, commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting activities for Commercial HVAC equipment.\nInvestigating complex field issues, collecting technical data, and determining root causes in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Warranty, and Service teams.\nDeveloping clear technical reports that document field conditions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and recommendations.\nSupporting warranty investigations, analyzing field performance trends, and contributing to continuous improvement and product quality initiatives.\nCommunicating customer feedback, field learnings, and recurring issues to cross-functional teams to strengthen the factory-to-field feedback loop.\nRequirements\nWe are looking for people who are analytical, customer-focused, collaborative, and passionate about solving technical challenges. If this is you, get in touch.\nAs a minimum you must have:\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n5+ years of experience working with air-cooled chillers, applied rooftop units, or similar Commercial HVAC systems.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose product, controls, and system-level issues.\n5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting tools.\nAbility to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, with a valid passport and U.S. visa.\nAdvanced English Proficiency\nAlthough not necessary, it would be nice if you have:\nAbility to read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and control sequences.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.\nExperience with data analytics, warranty analysis, and field quality improvement initiatives.\nConversational English proficiency.\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs.
