Acting as a trusted advisor to global food industry customers, you will lead implementations, optimize supply chain performance, and help customers maximize value from our IoT, analytics, and digital visibility platforms. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role combining program management, data analytics, and commercial partnership, all while contributing to the global mission of reducing food waste.\nWhat will you be doing?\nAs a Food Program Manager, you will be the primary post-sales contact for strategic customer accounts, ensuring they maximize value from Sensitech's digital solutions while driving continuous improvement across their supply chains.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, software adoption, program expansion, and ongoing customer success.\n· Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to major food manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across EMEA.\n· Analyse cold chain and logistics data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.\n· Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that customers can easily understand and implement.\n· Lead customer business reviews and present operational insights to senior stakeholders, executive teams, and industry audiences.\n· Serve as the Voice of the Customer, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Support teams to influence future product development.\n· Develop implementation plans and continuous improvement roadmaps that help customers optimize cold chain performance and reduce food waste.\n· Drive adoption of AI, automation, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve both internal processes and customer outcomes.\n· Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support account growth strategies and identify opportunities for expansion.\n· Manage multiple customer programs simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality, organization, and customer satisfaction.\n· Travel across Europe to support customer engagements, business reviews, workshops, and industry events.\nDo you have?\n· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, Logistics, or a related field.\n· 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success, Software Implementation, Supply Chain Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.\n· Experience working within complex global supply chain, logistics, visibility platform, or cold chain environments.\n· Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools\n· Proven ability to transform data into practical business recommendations and measurable customer value.\n· Experience managing enterprise customers and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.\n· Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.\n· Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to executive and board-level audiences.\n· Fluent English, German, Italian, or Spanish, are highly desirable.\nWhat We Offer\n· A collaborative international environment with opportunities to work alongside experts across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Data Analytics, and Customer Success.\n· High levels of autonomy, flexibility, and ownership in managing your customer portfolio.
