For more than 25 years, leading companies in the food, pharmaceutical, industrial, consumer goods, and other industries have relied on Sensitech to help protect their products-and their bottom lines.\nWe are searching for a Program Manager to join our team in Beverly, MA!\nThis is a hybrid position that requires three days in the office and two days remote per week.\nJob Description\nHe/she is expected to manage complex, high value and high potential software implementations in the Life Science vertical. \nIdentifies and applies approved analytics to transform customer data into information, then uses Cold Chain expertise and technical writing skills to communicate issues and actions to the customer as required. \nHe/she is responsible for managing the content and delivery for customer reports and other communications according to defined department standards. \nThe program manager participates in the development of technical documentation, reports/dashboards, presentations and other sales support activities; they follow-through to manage program implementations with internal and external customers using Sensitech’s proprietary software solutions.\nDrives change and uses new or unique solutions in business situations. \nRegularly interfaces with a cross-functional management team including, but not limited to DMS/Reporting Services, Support Services, SWE, Sales and Project and Program managers. \nHas daily contact with Sensitech’s global Professional Services department team members, in person and by phone and email.\nMaintains frequent contact with both internal and external customers and interacts with a wide range of customers and team members with varied backgrounds and perspectives. \nCustomers will primarily be located in the North America region, but because of the global nature of customers, some EMEA support and minimal Asia or South America support is expected. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree \n3+ years of life science, supply chain, or logistics work experience\n3+ years of project management or program management experience\n1+ years in a customer facing role\nAbility to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic)\nPreferred Qualifications\nMasters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics\nPossess current knowledge of FDA and EU regulations and be familiar with GxP software requirements\nExcellent project management skills with a proven track record of leading long-term software implementations.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to communicate complex principles and models in a simple to understand terms.\nCapability to learn and manage new software platforms quickly.\nAbility to balance competing demands and deal with ambiguity and an environment of change.\nStrong critical thinking in complex situations.\nProven ability to prioritize project deliverables and a history of quality assurance across projects.\nExperience working directly with customers at all levels. \nGood knowledge of process improvement and quality management methods. \nAbility to analyze large quantities of data and create detailed and actionable summaries based on sound statistical analysis and expert commentary. \nMust have excellent technical writing and computer skills. \nAdept at working with MS office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, etc\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation\nThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
