In this context, the role is also responsible for overseeing, planning, and coordinating battery integration projects, ensuring full alignment with customer needs and requirements, and on-time deliveries in expected costs and scope. This role will act as the representative of the Global Battery Center in the US.\nThis position follows a hybrid schedule, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week\nKey Responsibilities\nConformity and Regulation\nOversee battery regulation and standards requirements of battery applications for the US market \nParticipate and actively work in regulatory committees \nEnsure the compliance of battery related products in the US \nProject Planning and Management\nDevelop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and milestones in alignment with System Engineering and Product Management \nDefine project objectives, KPIs, deliverables, and resource requirements \nEstablish and manage project governance and organizational structures \nLead stakeholder communication and reporting \nRequirements and System Management\nCapture, analyze, and manage customer and system requirements for US applications \nDerive requirements for battery modules and system integration \nManage change requests and ensure requirements traceability \nIntegration Management\nEnsure strong alignment between the development teams \nSupport System Engineering teams in integrating the battery into system level \nAct as the US representative of the Global Battery Center \nIndustrialization and Series Handover\nCoordinate the handover from development to production \nAlign with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and quality teams \nSupport ramp-up and series release activities \nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's degree\n5+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing business project processes \nOR\nMaster's degree\n3+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing business project processes \n\nPreferred Requirements\nDemonstrated ability to lead and manage the execution of processes, projects, and initiatives within a defined functional area\nBroad knowledge of technical or professional discipline and an understanding of how work impacts related functions and business objectives\nAbility to apply established principles, practices, and procedures to achieve business goals and support organizational success\nAdditional information\nMust have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.
