This role blends administrative project tracking and clear email communication with hands-on coordination. Responsibilities include managing customer data and project trackers, writing protocols and reports, and handling the physical assembly and organization of project materials.\nThis is a full-time, day-shift position working Monday through Friday with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote at our facility in Beverly, MA.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate all aspects of projects designed to help companies involved in the manufacture or distribution of temperature sensitive products to monitor and continuously improve their temperature sensitive supply chains.\nCoordinate project materials.\nManage customer information and databases.\nAssist with writing protocols and reports.\nResponsible for communicating deadlines and overseeing the execution and completion of assigned project tasks\nMaintain ongoing internal and external communication between customers and project team leads.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n2+ years of experience with project coordination, or office support, or administrative support.\nAble and willing to lift 40 lbs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.\nOrganized and highly detail oriented.\nExperience multi-tasking and managing time effectively to meet customer requirements.\nStrong Project Management skills and experience.\nExperience with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.\nExperience with project trackers.\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation\nThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
