Responsible for driving improvement in design and product quality.\nKey Responsibilities:\n· Manage entire product portfolio\n· Manage multiple projects throughout product development lifecycle\n· Manage and Track Project Plans, Metrics, Budget /Cost, Risk & Mitigation.\n· Closely work with cross functional local & global teams\n· Clearly communicate and collaborate with support functions, customers, and sponsors as applicable, in managing expectations, commitments and interactions\n· Work with BU PMO to identify /customize and apply project management processes, methodology and milestones\n· Make recommendations regarding project prioritizations, scaling up or down, resource allocations, travels, capital investments etc.\n· Ensure on-time delivery and maintain the quality of deliverables.\nRole Purpose:\n· This role is required for program management in Value Engineering driving cost metrices through product benchmarkings and teardowns\n· Make recommendations regarding project prioritizations, scaling up or down, resource allocations, travels, capital investments etc.\n· Work with peers locally as well as remotely to share & exchange best practices, assets /resources\n· Proficiently work with Portfolio management tools & Microsoft Project Plan\n· Solid track record delivering successful programs through the full product life cycle specifically mechanical programs\n· Experience in managing Value engineering programs and achieving the cost targets\n· Should be able to collaborate & drive initiative across business teams\n· Should be self-motivated & passionate to drive change management\nRequirements:\n· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, 8+ years of program management, and a total of 15+ years of experience.\n· PMP/PMI certification is a plus\n· high communication and interpersonal skills\n· highly driven, self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision\nBenefits:\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs.
