This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with production, taking ownership of quality challenges, and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.\nYou will become the quality reference within the production area, ensuring that manufacturing processes are robust, risks are identified before they become problems, and new products are successfully transferred from engineering into production. As the team continues to grow, this role is expected to evolve into a people leadership position.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who is technically strong in Quality but, above all, demonstrates the mindset and behaviours of a future leader.\nThe Ideal Candidate\nYou are someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys solving problems and is comfortable making decisions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nAs a Quality Process Engineer, you will:\nAct as the Quality representative within the manufacturing area, partnering daily with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and R&D.\n\nLead quality activities during the industrialization of new products, ensuring a smooth transition from development to serial production.\n\nIdentify process risks early and implement preventive actions to avoid quality issues.\n\nDrive root cause investigations and lead cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable corrective actions.\n\nMonitor manufacturing quality performance and promote initiatives that improve process capability, efficiency and product quality.\n\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, internal procedures and customer requirements.\n\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement, quality ownership and operational excellence across the manufacturing organization.\n\nCoach and support production teams on quality best practices, helping develop a proactive quality mindset.\n\nCollaborate with multiple stakeholders to solve complex manufacturing challenges and continuously improve production processes.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing or similar).\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality or Quality Engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment.\n\nSolid knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.\n\nExperience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or industrialization activities.\n\nFluency in English and Portuguese - mandatory\n\nYou have:\nLeadership potential and the ambition to grow into a people management role.\n\nThe ability to influence others without relying on formal authority.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem solving.\n\nA proactive mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve processes and prevent issues before they occur.\n\nConfidence working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, R&D and Supply Chain.\n\nResilience, accountability and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a collaborative approach.\n\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs.
