You will drive full-stack development across the software lifecycle using core Java to build scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal engineer pairs strong problem-solving skills with clean code principles to innovate new products while sustaining existing systems.\nThis is a hybrid position that requires three days in the office and two days remote per week.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeveloping software solutions using Agile methodologies and approaches\nParticipate in project planning by investigating solutions to problems and giving the best estimates.\nApply new technologies that help move the company’s product offerings forward.\nUse test-driven development (TDD) methodologies to write unit and functional tests, ensuring quality and reliability. \nDebug and resolve software / hardware / firmware interaction issues using diagnostic tools and methodologies. \nAbility to evaluate problems, identify solutions, and translate findings into clear implementation of tasks and plans.\nAssist in sustaining efforts by providing product knowledge and consultation.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, 5 + years of software engineering.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, or an engineering field., 3+ years of experience of software engineering.\nStrong Java and object-oriented programming skills\nJavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Angular, Ajax, JSP, Java servlets, React and other web-based technologies\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. \nExperience with software lifecycle management including version control, build processes, release management\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation while critically reviewing and validating generated solutions.\nTest-Driven Development (TDD)\nUnit and Functional testing\nAnalytical & logical reasoning\nProblem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic environment\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
