About the role
As a Scheduler Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules and material planning activities to ensure customer requirements are met on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational continuity by proactively managing production plans, monitoring material availability, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to minimize disruptions in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Scheduler Planner, you’ll be responsible for:
- Prepare and maintain weekly production schedules based on RC requirements and customer demand.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and shipments.
- Adjust production schedules proactively to mitigate material shortages, delays, or demand changes.
- Compile and maintain production reports to identify operational risks, shortages, and performance issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, production, customer service, and suppliers to support operational goals and meet production timelines.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of SAP related to logistics, scheduling, or production planning.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control, material planning, and supply chain processes.
- Experience coordinating shipments, suppliers, and production schedules in a dynamic operation.
